ConnectMeGuru Satisfaction Guarantee We want your global connection to be seamless. Because our eSIM products are digital, refund eligibility depends strictly on the "Activation Status" of your cellular profile.

| Un-scanned / Uninstalled eSIM | 100% Refund. If you haven't scanned the QR code or installed the eSIM profile, you can cancel for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. |
| Technical Carrier Failure | Full Refund or Replacement. If the eSIM fails to connect due to a network error or technical fault on our end, we will refund you in full after troubleshooting. |
| Data Already Used / Connected | No Refund. Once data has been consumed or the eSIM has successfully registered on a local partner network, we cannot issue a refund. |
| Incompatible / Carrier-Locked Device | 100% Refund (Only if un-scanned). If the QR code remains completely un-scanned and uninstalled, we will issue a full refund. Scanned profiles on locked devices are ineligible. Check compatibility by dialing *#06# before buying. |
Direct Checkouts & Account Wallet:
ConnectMeGuru supports direct purchase checkout via Credit/Debit card (Stripe) and PayPal. Wallet usage is completely optional. Transaction payments are processed seamlessly, and there is no need to manually add funds or pre-charge a wallet before making a purchase. Funds credited directly to your account wallet do not expire and can be used for any future eSIM packages.
Refund Dispatching Gateways:
Refunds credited directly to your ConnectMeGuru Wallet balance are processed instantly. To request a refund back to your original source of payment (credit card/PayPal), please email support@connectmeguru.com. Refunds to your original payment source are processed within 2 to 4 working days, except in cases where the wallet amount consists of promotional credits, which are non-refundable to original payment cards.
eSIM Reinstallations:
Profiles can be reinstalled on the same device using the original QR code if they are accidentally deleted, provided the plan is active. Profiles are strictly non-transferable and cannot be scanned onto any other device.
Recharges & Top-ups:
Recharges and top-ups are processed instantly over-the-air and cannot be cancelled or refunded once applied to an active ICCID. eSIM network validity is extended with each top-up.
