1. Program Overview
Welcome to the ConnectMeGuru Affiliate Program. Our program is designed to allow travel bloggers, digital nomads, boutique travel agencies, and digital creators to earn wallet credits by referring customers to our high-speed eSIM data plans. Enrollment is entirely free, automatic, and open to all registered ConnectMeGuru customers.
2. Automatic Enrollment & Unique Referral Links
Every registered account on ConnectMeGuru is automatically provisioned with a unique, active affiliate tracking code and referral link accessible in their dashboard.
- There is no application review or approval process required to obtain your baseline referral code.
- Referral links are tracked using industry-standard browser cookies with a 30-day cookie. If a referred user purchases a plan within 30 days of clicking your link, you will receive credit.
- Cookies operate on a "last click" basis, meaning the last affiliate link clicked prior to checkout receives the commission credit.
- Only initial eSim sales are eligible for commission. Top-up plans are not eligible and outside the scope of affiliate program.
3. Commission Structure & Overrides
Commissions are generated on qualifying orders as a percentage of the final retail price paid at checkout (excluding tax or discounts).
- The standard baseline commission rate is defined in the system settings (e.g. 5% or 10%). Special commission rates are available to publishers, affiliate aggregatores and business partners. Please contact at partnerships@connectmeguru.com with your business proposals.
- Admin Override Privileges: ConnectMeGuru administrators reserve the exclusive right to override and increase any specific partner's overriding commission rate based on volume, performance, or custom agreements.
- Escrow and Payout Calculations: To ensure accurate ledgers, all affiliate commission calculations are strictly rounded down to exactly two decimal places (e.g., a $1.299 commission is compiled as $1.29 in wallet credits).
4. Payout Escrow & Release Conditions
To prevent fraud and accommodate refund windows, commissions are subjected to a secure verification lock.
- Pending State: Upon order placement, commissions are logged in a PENDING escrow state.
- Release Trigger: The pending commission is automatically released and credited to your wallet balance once the referred eSIM profile registers its first cellular data usage on our partner carrier networks.
- Validation Period: After commission is released, a 30 days holding period is applied to ensure there is no fraud transaction or chargeback or refund for any reason.
- Forfeiture: If a referred order is refunded, cancelled, or never downloaded/activated or a fraud is detected or chargeback received, the corresponding commission is forfeited or reversed.
- Payout - Affiliate partner can request for payout out of wallet for affiliate earnings. Minimum amount required for payout is USD 50 or equivalent. Payout is done in the form of Amazon Vouchers or as agreed otherwise with affiliate partners. Contact at partnerships@connectmeguru.com for payout requests.
5. Prohibited Activities
ConnectMeGuru maintains a zero-tolerance policy for program abuse. Partners must agree to avoid self-referrals, spamming links, bidding on trademarked search terms, or publishing inaccurate pricing.
ConnectMeGuru reservers the right to modify, delete or add any terms or conditions to this affiliate program in future.
