Welcome to ConnectMeGuru. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (https://connectmeguru.com) and the purchase and use of our digital eSIM products. By purchasing an eSIM from us, you agree to these terms in full.

Service Provider: ConnectMeGuru acts as a reseller of digital eSIM profiles. We partner with global telecommunications carriers to provide data connectivity.

Digital Product: Our products are digital eSIM profiles delivered via QR code. No physical SIM cards are provided.

Coverage: Service is available only in supported countries and via specific roaming partners. Network availability and speed are subject to local carrier conditions and may vary by location.
2. Eligibility and Device Compatibility

User Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your mobile device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked.

Compatibility Check: We provide guidance on compatibility check, but we do not guarantee its accuracy for every regional hardware variant.

3. Purchase and Delivery

Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment, your eSIM QR code will be delivered instantly to the email address provided during checkout. In some cases, there may be some delay in delivery. Connect with the support team to get the eSim QR code.

Email Accuracy: ConnectMeGuru is not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect email address provided by the user. Please check your “Spam” or “Junk” folder before contacting support.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to use the ConnectMeGuru service for:

Any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

Actions that interfere with the network quality of our roaming partners.

Reselling or redistributing the eSIM service without prior written consent from ConnectMeGuru.
5. Limitation of Liability
ConnectMeGuru shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the loss of connectivity.

Issues caused by the user’s mobile hardware or third-party software.

Network outages or maintenance performed by local roaming partners.
6. Modifications to Terms
ConnectMeGuru reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the website and services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
