| Un-scanned eSIM | 100% Refund. If you haven’t scanned the QR code or installed eSim, you can cancel for a full refund within 30 days. |
| Technical Failure | Full Refund or Replacement. If the eSIM fails to connect due to a network error or technical fault on our end, we will refund you after troubleshooting. |
| Data Already Used | No Refund. Once data has been consumed or the eSIM has successfully connected to a local network, we cannot issue a refund. |
| Incompatible / Locked Device | Case-by-Case. It is the customer’s responsibility to check compatibility. If the QR code has not been scanned, we will refund. |
Refunds to wallet are instant. For refund to source account/ card, it generally takes 2 to 4 working days. It may take even longer due to various reasons.
Recharges/Top-ups are processed instantly and cannot be cancelled once applied to an active ICCID.
